Since 2010, 3Space properties have played host to hundreds of charities, non-profits, social enterprises and start-ups, providing everything from office hubs in London to community spaces in Falkirk, and benefitting thousands of people across the UK.

GoodGym are a group of runners who have set out to do good in their communities, and get fit at the same time. A non-profit social organisation, GoodGym moved into our Blackfriars community hub in June 2013 and plan to use the space as their main London office over the coming months. They’ve quickly made firm friends with their fellow hub users by offering free core fitness sessions on Monday lunchtimes in one of the buildings old courtrooms!
Founder, Ivo Gormley, says: “3Space has given us a massive space in central London where we can get on with things. It’s meant we’re able to focus our resources on doing what’s important; helping people get fit and supporting older people all over London and beyond. It’s been great to deal with an organisation that understands what growing social enterprises need.”
