A home for nonprofits, entrepreneurs, creatives and start-ups unlike any other - facilitated by our BuyGiveWork initiative where space is given away when space is bought. The building is spread over 12 storeys, with five Give Hubs for Brixton charities and social enterprises and all the trimmings you expect from a professional workspace. The 11th Floor is home to the magnificent Rooftop Saunas and The Birds Nest Diner, open to tenants and the general public. Find out more about International House and 3Space here.
