Our first property - a co-working space for social enterprises and charities in a former legal office awaiting redevelopment

3Space worked from this central location as their first headquarters in 2010. Whilst the landlord Derwent London were going through the planning process, 3Space managed the use of the building and made it available free of charge to not for profits for office and meeting rooms.

The whole building was pre-let to Publicis Groupe in June 2013 and the development was completed in July 2015.
