3Space Oxford Street

From Pizza Hut HQ to creative industry space on Oxford Street in central London

3Space managed 29-31 Oxford Street through a period when the east end of Oxford Street was undergoing a huge amount of change and upheaval. Based just above the building works for Crossrail and opposite a development that was to become a 150,000 sq ft Primark, the tall slim building proved a challenge for its owner to secure a commercial let.

Spread over 6 floors and approximately 7,000 square feet this tall narrow space which had been used for office space became a multitude of different things to different people. On the 1st floor was a permanent gallery space that hosted exhibitions and talks whilst on other floors there was co-working with an arts and music venue on the top floor.

The space was used by a huge array or organisations including the RSA, Sunday Assembly, ICA, The London Mandolin Orchestra and UAL.
